Don’t bother. No more curbside pickup. Am I going to bother to scan anything if I have to drop it off at Woolworths anyway? What a con. These people have been promising an improved app for years and now there’s nothing. I have rerated this app down as NONE of the issues raised OVER AND OVER AGAIN have been addressed. I am not a new user. Give me an express scanning option. Why have a support “option” when no one EVER answers queries. And I’m sick of the childish graphics. Who do you think ensures soft plastics are binned correctly? No children in my household. All the stuff below still applies. This is a very clunky app. If I weren’t committed to trying to keep soft plastic out of my rubbish I wouldn’t use it. There’s a question facility in the app but no one bothers to answer questions so it’s pointless. Every time you use it you have to work through pages of information and instructions even if you have been using the app for ages. There’s a pointless point system not related to anything and the app can suddenly make you reregister even if you are an established user. Wish they would introduce an express scanning system. If they did I could put up with the other pointless bits.

Thank you for making recycling fun! Now we even compete who will have the honor of giving Curby a ride/putting the yellow bin to the road (reminders help as well!🙏😜😂). I especially enjoy the fact that in their rush to win my family send all the points to the one who registered the app -that is me 🎉🥳🤩. Pity they have figured it out already, but meanwhile I am the leader 😂
