I couldn’t rent for both myself and my son on same app at same time! I already had it rented by the time I figured this frustrating point out!

Convenient. Good app. Bike are very heavy, esp in front. Return racks have dysfunctional spaces.

Many of the bikes are old, heavy, and have something wrong. The e-bikes are decent when they are actually charged...which is not often enough. And, they don’t have enough e-bikes to meet the demand. When you bring back the bike, the app takes FOREVER to register the bike back... so be prepared to wait at least five minutes after. And my biggest complaint is... that when you take a bike and notice in the ride something is wrong and park it at another dock - they make you “wait a few minutes” before taking another. Seriously?!? It’s incredibly frustrating and stressful when you use the bikes to commute to the office. They need to do better!
