Cooltra: E-moped rentals

I was very excited to use this service to get around Paris while I am here for a few weeks. However, the app is buggy and does not work well at all. Once I got verified, I tried to take a scooter, but not scooters shows up on the map. The customer service suggested I delete/reinstall the app, and then I was unable to login or even reset my password or make a new login. I’ll have to find another option.

The chat function is really helpful anytime there is a problem. I’ve always received helpful solutions

The motorbikes are always broken, always something bad or broken on them. The app doesn’t work without wifi, works horribly on rooming data. The Customer Service is the worst I have ever had; you cannot talk to anyone only via text, and they don’t refund anything even if you had any problem with the app or the scooter. They keep the money, they tell you to report the scooter and THAT’S ALL. There are thousand better apps lile Acciona, than this. After this I am deleting the app and using others as it’s a waste of time and money to use Cooltra….really really don’t recommend it at all
