Chose to go because I had a$16 reward to redeem. Only to be TOLD My Account wasnāt active and that it was MY PROBLEM and NOTHING they could do. The āmanager ā who really wasnāt a manager was just about the rudest person Iāve ever encountered. Figure out your reward program Gyro Shack and learn to treat the customers who CHOOSE to support you the right way. Iāve havenāt been this disappointed in Customer Service in a very long time.
