How can I change the language?

I have used this app for so long with no issues. Today it forced an update and it won’t even let me log in and keeps asking to update. But it just takes you to the App Store and when you click open it takes you to the message again…

I follow all the instructions to this app and still it doesn’t work. It sends me back again to the beginning of the app. I cannot see my balance. Please fix this because there are a lot of people like me having the same problem. Thank you for your cooperation.

Contigo EBT is an app that simplifies the way you monitor your EBT Card use, easy, fast and secure from the convenience of your iPhone or iPad. The service is available 24 hours, 7 days a week.

With Contigo EBT you can view:
- Card balance
- Next benefit
- Card transactions (up to 180 days)

To register and create your user profile you will need a valid email and your card information. If you already have a user profile for the Puerto Rico EBT portal (www.ebtpr.com) you can use it to login to Contigo EBT app, there is no need to register again.
