Off The Branch

I am a relatively new shopper at Papaya Branch and have had a few disappointing experiences. The current issue that I am having involves returning my items that did not work out. I picked them up at the store for local pickup yesterday. For several items the sizing seemed extremely off, a few items were made of material that was very cheap, and one item was vacuum sealed and when opened smelled like fish. I initiated my return immediately. I was given the option to receive store credit or refund to my credit card less a 10% fee. I proceeded with the return assuming there is an error regarding fees, as it is not stated anywhere on the return policy or the invoice received. I emailed today, because you cannot talk to an employee any other way, and they stated that the fee is 10%. I was disappointed with the response but requested that my refund be put on my credit card even with fees. Conveniently, they are not able to adjust it. I am all about shopping local and supporting small business but this is ridiculous. Buyer beware!!

Laura and her Papaya team are hands down the best at what they do which is …selling quality clothes, accessories among other items all at reasonable prices. The care about their customers and are so knowledgeable. You won’t regret getting this app! Sincerely Alicia Conyers
