JustFix – Local Tradespeople

DO NOT USE FOR WHITE GOOD REPAIRS! I was extremely disappointed and frustrated with the service I received from their contractor. The issue I reported was with my Electrolux built-in dishwasher, which was not heating correctly as per the job description. Unfortunately, the tradesman's behavior and work were unacceptable. He was unpleasant and unprofessional, and failed to diagnose the problem properly. Despite mentioning before the job being booked that there would be no car parking on site, he mentioned it multiples times and said he would not have taken the job otherwise. I wrote to their Chief Fixer Simon and also spoke to their manager Kathleen the following week and was told that they advised the works to repair the dishwasher would exceed £200 and uneconomical to fix and STILL charged for half the call out with VAT. I do not believe it's justifiable to be charged for his services. We have since directly contracted with Electrolux. They were able to diagnose the issue, they have ordered and replaced the spare parts including the visit for <£200 including 2 visits. I simply cannot recommend JustFixIt. It’s completely unjustifiable to charge fees for something they did not do!
