The app will consistently glitch out and say “something went wrong” when I try to view my schedule. I have tried deleting and redownloading it multiple times, as well as logging out and logging back in multiple times. Other than this issue the app is fine, but it has this problem very regularly

I like the old version a little bit better. I don’t mind seeing my total clocked hours for the week, but I would like to be able to see my total hours scheduled for the week at the bottom like I used to be able to. Also, when it shows my next shift, it will show for the next day instead of for the day that it is unless I click to view the whole schedule.

Please make it so “pending” and “denied” time off requests are actual visible. I can never see anything under either tab, so I get nervous they actually went through or have been approved and end up having to communicate with my managers in person/through the old paper slips anyway. Also, if we had the option to request just certain hours (like half a day, open or close) off would be awesome. I can always have my managers do it for me, but being able to request just a morning or close off would be so useful rather than an entire day when it’s not necessary. Also the app logs me out constantly some weeks. Not sure if that’s a bug or what. Being able to switch shifts with someone else in the app would also be great.
