My wife and I both love the app. But “Verb” did a super poor job of knowing which version of iPhone would operate the ENTIRE app. Last year her 8 was (13 months ago) running just fine as was my iPhone 7. Hmmmm someone forgot to tell us that those were “not supported any longer”. After hours on conversations with “Verb” (customer support for this app) someone Finally figured out that neither 7 nor 8 were supported. Soooo we got the next iphone up: which we were told WAS supported and would operate ALL of the app like “FEED”. More hours and many emails snd phone calls later it was determined that the operating system upgrade was INSUFFICIENT and another New iPhone was required. The SEs were only 6 months old. It is good that I couldn’t see any of these people in person as I might now be in jail.
It is nice to see Shaklee make an effort on this level of technology. I checked all my settings and even with the correct settings the feed is not updating. The support tab and request a feature tab are both not available. So much for support. That's typical of Shaklee support. I love the quality of the products and have been using them for over 40 years. I have been Shaklee organic in cleaners, skin care and personal items and supplements since I set up housekeeping.... 40 years ago... long before it was trending. But anytime I call or email Shaklee support the response is rude. Now I see they don't even activate the support tabs ... why even put customers support tabs there if you're not going to go live with them.
With the new Shaklee Share app I can carry my entire business in my pocket. It has all the tools I need to share with those interested in the Shaklee products and/or business opportunity. There has never been an easier way to run my Shaklee business. This app is definitely a Game-Changer! Thank you Shaklee
