Penny Direct Sales Assistant

I was highly skeptical of using yet another contact management system. I’ve tried several... and then I was introduced to PENNY! Wow... she’s easy, my business is streamlined, no more paper and notebooks laying anywhere! The only thing I would love to see is an option to be able to setup “calendar alerts” for high priority items you can’t miss (such as PC orders, scheduled calls, etc). Maybe be able to add the task for an auto alert notification on your phone. However, this is hands down the best system I have ever used and it counties to keep getting better. Highly recommended.

The Penny app has been SO much better than my pen and paper “system” - if you can even call it a system!! I love that I can schedule reachouts and can easily see who I’ve sent samples to so I can follow up. Plus to see each customer’s order history, right in the app?! And start a text or FB Message from the app?! This is seriously a game-changer for me. I love being organized, and when I have a system I will stick to it - but finding the time to MAKE a system was proving to be a bit challenging. The Penny app gave me the system at my fingertips so my amazing customers don’t fall through any cracks. 🥰 I’m in love with my new assistant!!!!

I am not the most organized person and it’s hard at times to stay focused on my daily activities related to both customers and prospects. I have only been using Penny for a couple of weeks but in that short time I can see she is going to be life changing for my business! I love that I don’t have to get organized and make list for who I need to check in with or reach out to. Penny has that already done for me each morning! She also has a lot of information at my fingertips and allows me to make notes quickly and easily. I look forward to becoming more savvy using Penny and having her help me to grow my business in a more organized fashion!
