App is alright
Didn’t love the app, mostly cus a lot of the workouts don’t adapt to my gym equipment and the trainer doesn’t provide any other alternatives other than body weight band workouts. I had to improvise and I felt like it just became a hassle. I recommend this app to those people who have access to an actual gym.

I LOVE THIS APP!!! I’ve been using it for a bit now and it’s literally so easy to follow plus it actually motivates me to workout when I see the others on the news feed posting their workouts:) highly recommend

APP IS A FRAUD
I should’ve known better paying for an app subscription from an Instagram influencer. I signed up and did not care for the app at all so I canceled immediately I have been charged the last two months and there is no way to cancel she has a “form” you fill out that apparently doesn’t work. The red flag should’ve been there’s no support contact info and Madison herself obviously won’t respond to me. I now have to cancel my card and report the charges. Beware before you sign up.
