My wife and I could not have found this app at a better time. The internet has simply been around for so long that while yes, everything is out there somewhere, finding a place where it’s consolidated at the tips of your fingers is just seemingly impossible, until now. No one has time anymore to scour the web for workout videos or nutrition fads that seem to contradict themselves within the year. This app is easy to use for even the least tech savvy, and Chad and Maria hand out a sustainable nutrition and workout plan in seconds. No 10 minute click bait videos. No bizarre eating habits. No expensive gym contracts you stop going to. And every piece of advice you could ask for from real trainers at a moments notice. I’m sure Chad and Maria won’t stop updating and improving this app because they really do care about your personal goals, fitness, and well being.

Mafe & Chad are amazing coaches and this app is the best choice for your fitness journey. No matter if you are a beginner or a pro at the gym.
The app allows you to choose what your focus is, it provides you with customized workouts according to the equipment and time that you have, but at the same time it gives you the option to replace the exercises if you need to, plus there are tutorial videos for every single exercise. So no more googling how to do a particular exercise!
You can also keep track of your macros by inputting yourself or by picking one of the multiple easy and delicious recipes that they suggest within the app ranging from breakfast, snacks, lunch-dinner!! If you want a complete and easier fitness journey. This app is all you need! 👏🏼👏🏼

If you’re looking forward to start a healthier life style this is the right app for you. I’ve been with AIO coach for a little bit more than a month and it’s just great! You can choose the areas you’d like to work on and the app gives you the option to either set your exercises at home or at the gym. Also, there is a video for every single exercise which I think it’s very helpful. You can set the days you’d like to work out and the days you’d like to rest.
Let’s not forget about the nutrition plan! It’s all customized to our goals and you can track your own macros. The recipes are so BOMB and easy to make!
