I was able to successfully make 2 orders the other day and the food came quickly and was still hot. My biggest complaint is that the restaurants are never open even when the leasing office says it will be. For example it was suppose to be open today from 1-5 and all options are unavailable.
Ordered food but the address it sent to the restaurant was wrong. Ended up not mattering because the restaurant was closed at the time unbeknownst to me as I ordered and nothing told me my food wasn’t coming. Glad it didn’t come though since what was sent as my order to the restaurant was not what I had ordered on the app. Truly terrible experience from beginning to end. Clearly developed by someone new to app development that did no quality assurance testing and didn’t think through half of the use cases of users. Don’t waste your time with this app
Both me and my roommate who are new residents downloaded the app, and neither of us have gotten it to work. It loads for 1 second and crashes.
