Not bad if used to keep money aside, out of sight, or for specific bills… This banking app can be frustrating at times as the servers are often being worked on and unables access to your banking account. Transfers to & from checking <-> savings have led to overdraft fees so if you’re ever in that situation; make sure to take a screenshot before and after the transaction is made * for backup * as sometimes you might think it went thru but after refreshing (closing and rebooting the app) you might learn that that the TRANSACTION WAS “NOT COMPLETED” — screenshots that are time stamped can serve as a key component for a solid case if you ever have to contest an overdraft fee. Unfortunately I think that’s the way they make their profits which is really unfortunate. Zelle is a great option on here though
I moved away from the TLC bank locations, and am able to maintain my banking relationship with them from a distance. Changing banks would be very time consuming due to my multiple direct deposits. In my business, I also receive checks and the online banking allows me to deposit them easily and quickly.
Auto bill pay and transfers from one account to another are hard to generate and then impossible to monitor as virtually no important info such as account numbers are available for review. I cannot tell what bills I have coming out in two days, and if the accounts being paid are correct. I cannot transfer fron my business to my Personal account without coming in to the bank and asking a teller to do it. Not good at all.
