Auto bill pay and transfers from one account to another are hard to generate and then impossible to monitor as virtually no important info such as account numbers are available for review. I cannot tell what bills I have coming out in two days, and if the accounts being paid are correct. I cannot transfer fron my business to my Personal account without coming in to the bank and asking a teller to do it. Not good at all.

I moved away from the TLC bank locations, and am able to maintain my banking relationship with them from a distance. Changing banks would be very time consuming due to my multiple direct deposits. In my business, I also receive checks and the online banking allows me to deposit them easily and quickly.

I have to get a new debit card all the time and that cost me 10 dollars every time I just got one like a month ago and I have to get a different one now cause it don’t work in the stores I can’t keep paying for it because they stop work
