im trying to order online through the app and every time i keep trying to login it says login error or password wrong so i try to reset my password and it keeps saying login error login error i reset the app uninstalled and updated it only for it to still be the same. can you please fix this, i have two accounts they both have the same password but keeps saying login error so im trying to reset it but even that won’t work. it wasn’t like this before the new year. and now it’s all of sudden bugging out.

I’ve recently downloaded the application despite the negative reviews I wanted to try it out. I was not aware of this app or the benefits that come along with this app until recently when speaking to my Sunshine Rep. I had to register which was simple easy took less than 5 minutes, I had an established $25 delegated to spend. I placed my first order on 08/21 and just received email of the shipped notification 08/31 so about 7-10 days to process the order and ship it so that’s normal timing to me as it does advise you about the wait. I love the app so far it’s plenty of options to choose from the only downside to the app so far for me is prices, somethings online I can get in person at a local Dollar Tree for cheaper, I also noticed any funds not used before the exp date will not roll over instead they will expire. I think that people should have an option to roll over if everything is not used. Pretty decent app still a few things to work on but overall I would recommend it’s use.

The wisdom of that development revolves around having potential users test the outcome. This may have been tested by company managers but certainly not by users. For example, if my child has a cough and I need to order cough medicines, I have to search alphabetically for all the names that might be available rather than clustering in categories like the paper catalog does. The minimalist information may be cool and easy to maintain but it's useless for a parent that needs to understand what ingredient might be in a product and what strength it is not just the name and the number of ounces or the pill count, Especially since many of the items are not brand names that can be looked up easily online. Good luck, I'd rather spend my time figuring out other things than the app.
