You can’t actually log in to use the app. But, to be fair, the website via safari isn’t much help either. I just talked to 3 people that all ignored the question I asked via “ secure messaging” and they all gave me the same response which was to contact my insurance provider lol. I was inquiring about other insurance companies that they are suppose to provide me with. It seems difficult to get someone who will pay attention to the question or actually try and answer anything. They just want to pass it on to the next one. You also can’t easily find a list of companies available like you’re suppose to. At least it was impossible for me to find. I guess you get what you don’t pay for?

Trying to change a plan is a nightmare! You answer a series of questions and it gives you an automated response! It’s unfair, because there are certain circumstances! And trying to reach someone on the phone is just as bad! Let’s not leave out that I’ve had an open message for THREE WEEKS now! I’ve just submitted another! This app is USELESS!

It doesn’t help at all. No options to submit information. No one answers the questions. Logs you out and page goes completely “white” sort-of non existing. It doesn’t allow you to change or manage your plan. It is useless.
