Actual garbage.
App did not open and had thinking symbol up for 8-10 minutes. Tried restarting phone etc and still no luck. This is the second time in 90 days I’ve had an issue with the app not working.
So far the app seems to work great. Got my first wash free! Not sure if I will be getting a monthly membership until there are other locations but I do like the pay-by-app and earn points method. I agree with a previous party though- I pulled up and and it said a lower price for atleast one of the washes(if I paid at the machine). Not concerning the app: I was also confused about the vacuums with them being first (assuming that’s the lay-out they had to work with) so I ended up not using them since I felt bad about not buying a wash yet. I wish there would have been a sign or something saying it was okay to use the dryers first🤷🏻♀️
