Your Packages will feel like they’re being delivered by hand and on foot. They take forever to move from what feels like right next door. The app is pointless and one thing I hate is being put through the same ridiculous nonsense. My package always ends up loaded on the truck in NY without any movement for days. My stuff should have BEEN HERE but it’s not. Last time my Boxes arrived so beat up that I ended up with hundreds of dollars worth of damaged goods. I’m just so over this app and forget trying to talk to someone for the most part.

Couldn’t login with Apple/WeChat, had to register with my number and make u check on the agreement and terms every time making an edit. When it comes to track my package, it takes more steps. Just use your browser. This app isn’t making ur life easier.
