I’ve been using this app for years and I have seen how they have changed it. When I first used it, there was no English translation so I was at the mercy of my friends and limited Chinese literacy. I made it work but was always annoyed. Then they added English and the translations were so confusing and at one point I even had extra money that I kept adding to. I also hated all the advertisements that made the app feel cluttered. Now the app has changed for the better. The English translation is clear and the English UI is minimal - no more ads and random things we don’t need. I’ve never done this before but I see this app only has two stars but they now earn 5 stars in my book. Totally simple. Great work to their development team.

This app follows the typical Chinese App design where functionalities are crammed into it without taking ease of use into consideration. It is also just a simple wrapper around their web interface which is apparent during transition to other pages. The basic functionality of login does not even work. I had just reset my password and even received SMS confirmation of my new password yet when I try to use it to login I was told the password is incorrect.

Can I give it a zero star? This is a poor designed APP! Just don’t know why they are so intentionally get its customers trapped and frustrated. It never easy to find the customer’s info: such as how much money left to pay the fee? How much you should pay? Too much promotion that is endless traps! Nothing is true, especially to the old loyal customer, because they never give real bonus or benefits to its long-term contracted customers!
