Don’t mind using an app to order food but it’s not ideal to have to set up an account and answer all sorts of questions like my address and birthday when I’m just trying to order food and see a friend but we both have to spend 10 minutes on our phones.
There was a manager called will who gave the worst customer service and was very rude I cannot tell you. During these stressful times he does not even know what customer service is. We waited 25 minutes in the queue for them to say we could not enter when he could have told us before. The area manager was just as rude and needs more training as I don’t then they both know how to speak English. They just about let us in after we told them but there body language was the worst. When we sat down they have bad attitude and even. A person came to ask us the order and I believe they spat in our food. I will never come here ever again and I’m very disappointment will is not even a manager.
Sometimes an item appears unavailable in the menu but it’s available if you order with waiter. When you try delete the item that is not available the app doesn’t allow you to delete, only amend which doesn’t help. Then you have to delete the whole order and start from the beginning. The pop up message is a bit annoying popping up a bit too many times. If you want to bring it to the next level in the email back to the customer you may offer the calculated fat, carbs and sugars. Otherwise the best one so far
