I deposited $100 into OwnersBox to get the $100 deposit match. However this match is a complete scam. I played through my $100 and the $100 of ownerbucks only to wake up and see I couldn’t redeem the ownerbucks I’d already played through for cash. They want you to first convert ownerbucks to tickets then play through to redeem for cash The problem is that I can’t convert to tickets to even play through. Ownerbucks support through their chat and email have both told me I need to play through my cash again to be able to convert the ownerbucks to tickets and then play through that to withdraw. Keep in mind ownerbucks own terms and website state to unlock the ownerbucks to convert to tickets you need to play through cash entries which I’ve already played through $100 worth so according to that I should already have $100 of ownerbucks bucks available to convert. Ownerbucks support has decided that instead of honoring their own terms they just made up another rule on the spot that there needs to be an existing ownerbucks balance at the time of cash entry to unlock them. They have told me that because I played through the $100 ownerbucks first yesterday and the $100 cash entries was put in 5 minutes after the $100 of cash entries didn’t unlock any ownerbucks to be redeemed which makes no sense and is completely backwards. Does this mean if I’d done the reverse order I’d have the ownerbucks unlocked now? It makes no sense and is a scam. I’ve also obviously asked support to manually unlock my Owner bucks because this is clearly not right and they refuse this as well replying back with their newly made up rule.

I am new to OwnersBox and I will say that it definitely stands out from the rest of the crowd. I’m loving the tournament style bracket format of the contests (NFL, NBA and NHL). I also appreciate the bonus that I received upon joining. “OwnersBucks” is a nifty little feature. However, while the layout is sleek, it is also difficult to navigate. I’ve discovered back arrow buttons that don’t work and under the contest filter section, the numbers cut off at the bottom without being able to scroll up or down. These are merely minor issues though and I’m sure that I’ll get used to the layout eventually. I can’t wait to begin!

I really enjoy OwnersBox so far. I had a nice payday for week 1 of the NFL season. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the app not recognizing my proper location resulting in issues with completing the walkthrough, although I have already deposited funds and entered contests. I was told the app is seeing my location as PA when I’m in OH. So confused! I was also told that I should contact my ISP for a different IP address.. Issue with that is that I already use other platforms; FanDuel, DraftKings and SuperDraft, so my ISP isn’t the issue. Not to mention I have been in two separate locations and tried using my cellular data. Just not sure what to do and I’m hoping this doesn’t affect me being able to withdraw my winnings if/ when that time comes.
