This app is horrible, there are almost no features, and it says that it is compatible with my device, but when I try to open it it closes immediately I can’t even login at all. Someone I know uses it and is mostly successful but it keeps glitching. This is a horrible app, it has not been programmed properly, and it is not at all ready to be used in a capacity that it is. I recommend the creators of this app to really take a serious look into fixing all the bugs. The company does not return any phone calls, I have called tech-support on multiple occasions left my number for a callback, it has been weeks and no one has even called me back.
Who ever decided to make us change before the bugs were worked out should be fired.

The most recent update after I installed it completely shut down my ap. I have been using it successfully for years but after the new update when I try to open the ap NOTHING happens. No log-in, no select applicant, absolutely nothing happens! This is a HUGE problem because I’ve been working for/with him for years and until now the ap had hiccups but NEVER compleat shut down like it does after the 6 days ago update, if I could delete the update I would but unfortunately I have been unable to do that. Please revisit your last update because it basically unemployed me!

Both the app and the portal are not working properly. Both platforms are confusing. The training did not cover the complete process. After you enter the shift and then log out where do you go It was a guessing-game It won’t recognize your log in half of the time The portal layout is confusing if you having more than one participant How does anyone know if time has been good to pay or denied. There is no complaint department where you can receive satisfactorily responses Thr call in deskis no help either. You can wait for someone to call back
