There are a lot of bugs with this app. The most annoying one being is that after you compete an evaluation box, it will scroll to the top of the page each time

We’ve begun using for our latest Academy and it has made evaluating evolutions simple on the training grounds. Especially like being able to record video within the app and have it immediately attached to the skills sheet.

The Vector Evaluations+ mobile application allows public safety agencies to record, assess, and track live skill demonstrations and job performance evaluations.
In addition to completing evaluation forms for personnel, evaluators can record an individual’s performance by capturing in-app videos, sign-off on evaluations with a hand drawn signature, review employees' past evaluations, and more!
