Firefighters First CU

I have been a FFCU member since 1989 and the service just keeps getting better. I had a difficult transaction that was easily handled over the phone. If it had been a different bank - any major named institution - it would have been next to impossible to get the situation resolved without, not only an visit to the branch, but a delay in getting my funds. They figured it out in one phone call. My whole family, including my parents have been members of this amazing Credit Union. Can’t say enough good things about the FFCU. Thank you!!!

I have been with Fire Fighters First Credit Union for 40 years. Wow, that ages me. They have always had excellent service. I mostly use the online banking which is easy to use. Their loan rates are lower than anybody else’s and their savings rates are higher. You can’t beat that. In the 40 years I have been with them, I have never had even 1 issue. I highly recommend using Fire Fighters First Credit Union. I’d give them 10 stars if I could.

The app works well for most transactions, but Bill Pay does not have a history, and the last paid for a payee does not show the correct information after a new bill is paid. I received an email showing that I paid a bill, but the app still showed my previous paid date. It would be nice to see your most recent payments when you click on the bill pay icon.
