It crashes all the time in the middle of the daily unit inspection and takes a long time to load.
Like so many others, I am not one to write reviews. However, this is in hopes that the app developer and operative Iq see this and work on a change. I primarily use apple, and the difference between my phone to my IPad are drastically different. On the IPad I am unable to choose between categories such as exterior and interior cabinets. Going into the various menu’s give me no options. Somehow the IPad version has fallen into some weird crack that does not allow it to do anything. Across the board, it is not user friendly.
I don’t often feel the need to write reviews, but this update to Operative IQ deserves a statement. The original app used to be rather user friendly and quick to use in the field and administrative side. The new Front Line app has none of those attributes. It is nearly impossible to order supplies in the field and you aren’t even sure the amount you are ordering as it no longer shows the limits available to you. This app needs to be changed back or major fixes immediately for it to be a real “first responder” app.
