This App is so terrible and frustrating. I bought 3 tickets for a concert and I may not be able to access them for the show. You have to have three different numbers and download this on 3 different phones. My son doesn’t have a phone so what’s are we going to do? I would give anything not to ever use this app ever again. If you want the most frustrating experience, this is the App that covers all of that. Terrible.

All the reviews are very negative because they don’t read the instructions. When buying tickets, the website tells you about 5 times to make sure have this app, that each ticket is on different phones, be able to transfer your tickets and it’s all very simple to use. Once you confirm your number, compete some steps and you’ll receive your ticket, scan it at the event and you’re in! Keep in mind, you’re in Japan and it’s a different ticketing process than other places!

This is the most poorly designed and utterly useless app I have ever seen. Typical Japanese complete inability to design any software that is useful. I have 4 tickets to Ultra, at 18,000 a pop, that literally may go unused because the registration process is so convoluted and confusing (even in Japanese) and sends you through endless loops with no resolution or clear direction. Thanks Avex for a completely useless piece or software and potentially wasting hours of my time and tens of thousands of yen.
