I initially had a good experience with them, but unfortunately the service has deteriorated significantly. My recent order, which was supposed to be delivered within 3–4 hours, hasn’t even been received after 24 hours. There is no proper way to communicate with the team or get any updates, which is extremely frustrating. Based on this experience, I don’t find the service reliable or worth it anymore.

First of all the app itself is so slow and buggy that you won’t feel like ordering from it. Secondly, they don’t have a good customer support. They will never come up with a solution. They will assure you to make it right but even after days of wait, you won’t get a solution. They have pathetic delivery service. You will not get the order on time even after having their membership with which you are supposed to get priority delivery service. All they do is just make excuses!!

Please spend some money on development you have no website ordering and you are betting on mobile platform so please make it worthy. It is that slow and buggy that I will never use it but I will go to your store once. Thanks
