I just switched to Woo and the app and customer service have been horrendous all around. I tried to get help on the chat but they disconnected me twice. I initially tried to activate my number to sign up on the app and it crashed. Then it said to use my email because I had an account (though the account set up process wasn’t finished as it crashed). When I use my email, it says the user doesn’t exist. I tried to get help on the chat again. And they said they can reset my account. Well they ended up deleting my service so I had nothing. So I had to ask them to fix it again. Her excuse now is that the app has a bug. It’s been a nightmare working with them.

If you have any issues while traveling (which I did) you’re out of luck. As the other review said, nothing is in English and terrible support. Don’t risk it.

I bought the European version of eSim based on add claiming that they have customer support in English, I called the number provided to me in a txt(in Portuguese), they don’t speak any English. The app is all in Portuguese and no English information is available. The service may be working- it connected me to T-Mobile in the USA, and a local provider in England, every time country changes I receive a txt in Portuguese and have to guess what they telling me. My battery effectively draining at 10 times normal rate while on this eSim. So far everything is unclear. Get yourself another service, I am getting my wife a different service. It is frustrating to not know what you have or have not.
