The app is really slow to respond like it’s got big or something, though the interface is pretty simple to understand, but it doesn’t work as it should, this has been going on for a long time and must be addressed!! At some point, airtime recharge almost always loaded continuously and ends in failure, with the amount still bring deducted.

I wanna let you guys all know that Roqqu is not a scam. Just at times due to some security reasons they protect you. At times it may be because transaction will be going on as unusual and they block you to find out the real owner of the account to provide some details like previous transactions or authorization sent to you email. I have been using Roqqu for about 7 months now even though I have problem with it …, it get resolved. Just like 2 days ago I changed my phone and I was trying to login I can’t I just reported to there real customer service on the website but before doing that make sure you are using your own referral link you have saved on your device maybe Note. Doing this will be secure because there are a lot of cloned fake websites because I have experienced it when trying to help my friend out he logged his account on one of the websites and he lost his 40,000 naira . Roqqu is a good platform. Just be smart because Roqqu will never ask for your website or sending you a link to login your accounts. But not too long my account has be resolved

My problem here today is why am I unable to send coin out of my usdt wallet address?
My account is well verified and as am writing am also chatting with the Roqqu assistance on my Roqqu account, she telling me that I should snap my NIN Slip close to my chest and send the picture to her so that my account can well be verified and I should provide the last two usdt I received screenshot and where I received the last two usdt from.
I told her is not possible for me to get the screenshot of where the last two coin where sent from because it was a friend of mine which I don’t even know his whereabouts now that sent the last two coin for me, that I can only provide a picture of me with my NIN slip.
Please I want to transfer my coin it’s very urgent
