Only thing this app is good for is letting me know my pickup day randomly changed again. But not with a notification or anything. Only if my trash doesn’t get picked up and I open the app and see that the day changed. I also feel like this app needs to have a billing portal because it’s impossible for me to log in online, let alone get someone on the phone. Honestly there’s a reason this company has an F from the BBB. If I had literally any other option for trash pickup I would have canceled my service by now. Except I don’t even know if I could cancel, seeing how it’s so difficult to manage my account.

It works fine since it’s hard to get you on the phone. Always busy. When is recycling going to be picked up next?

Should be able to use this application in landscape mode for iPad users. Update 6/4/21 the application was updated yesterday for iPad horizontal landscape mode and is now very useful to iPad users! Its not often an application developer listens to the user like this! I changed my rating Thank you!
