This app has helped me keep track of which weeks are recycling pickups and which are not. It also tells you when bulk items will be picked up, brush collection and other items collected to garbage, etc. pickup. You can also use it to figure out if you have something that can be recycled instead of thrown in the garbage bin. I recommend this handy app for everyone who has ever dragged their recycling out to the curb, only to find out the next day that it was the wrong week!

I went to the City of Austin website as I regularly do to schedule a bulk trash pick up where I saw the notice of this new app. Besides being able to schedule pick up I found that I can also make appointments to drop off recyclable items that aren’t picked up curbside. Then if all that wasn’t making life easy enough I get a notice the day before trash day of which bins to put out. Absolutely stunned at how well this app works!!

This app is so handy for finding out what the pickup will be, with a few quick clicks! I recommend it. Better even than having texts notify you, and much better than trying to get on the website and navigate to the info you want, if you can even remember the name of the website, which I usually can’t. Try this app!
