I haven’t been able to use this app all year due to complications and the iPad at the center works but it’s always saying I’m missing days when I’ve already corrected it. Just let us sign in and out on paper. Or higher someone better to do your software.

What happened?? This app is no longer parent-friendly. I should be able to clock my children in by phone once they arrive to the facility and out when a family member picks them up from the facility. I’m at work I can’t leave my place of employment to go to the daycare and clock them in and out. I believe most parents are having the exact same problem with this. It makes no sense. Whoever came up with this idea should have thought this through. I’m not giving my entire family my personal information nor will I give my children’s other parent my info either. The app needs some adjustments.

This app is horrible !!! Been dealing with it since my kids daycare started using them and it’s the worst ever! Always down. Always problems. Have to re-register your device multiple times and even then it tells you you’re in the wrong time zone and when you call they can’t fix it. 100 percent would NOT recommend!!! And they are RUDE when you call ! Very RUDE!
