The documentation for the zigbee motors with TaHoma switch is not updated to reflect what is on the app. There is no way to add “equipment” without adding a remote. Does not see plugs. Takes many restarts to see motors. When we clicked for service bc the TaHoma switch on an install would not pair after 4 hours on the phone with Somfy support, instead of sending a ticket it locked us out of Somfy pro app entirely and now we can’t help any clients and Somfy does not respond for 4 days. Horrible experience. Use a different manufacturer!!!

The TaHoma® pro app is built for both manufacturers, dealers/installers and recognizes the unique needs of each one separately! For manufacturers, we have a step-by-step process to configure motor settings and set end limits, saving time on the production floor.
