It was good until it wasn’t

There was one boba place close by me that accepted T-pass so it was great to use the app to order ahead of time. Unfortunately, that shop closed and the nearest boba shop that accepts T-pass is too far to go to. My issues are 1) I can’t access the funds in my virtual card, 2) I emailed them to cancel the subscription ahead of time to avoid the monthly fee but was still charged, and 3) horrible customer service. I asked for a refund and the customer service rep basically told me it’s my fault I didn’t cancel the subscription even though I emailed them to cancel the subscription. At no point did anyone respond to my email and when I called the person texted me was so rude. They said they would look into refunding me but never did. Don’t use this place, they are in it for the money only.

App keeps crashing, calling Visa to dispute added funds!

This is so stupid. I love the app, been using it for months until this week it decided to crash, even updated to the latest version of the app and with iOS 15 as well. I still have a fresh balance of $25 so I’ll be calling visa to dispute transaction from T-Pass because my money is not accessible to me!

Free Tea! Cha Cha Cha!

I love that T-Pass is really great with customer service. You actually talk to a real person. You get 2 Free Teas a month, and what I would like to see added is an easier way to show which drinks are available with the Pass. Several times- it has shown in the app that the tea selected is redeemable with the Pass, and loyalty point, but when I get to the screen to pay (where you normally select to use the pass for the free tea) there is only an option to pay, and not redeem with pass- even though it shows it is a redeemable with pass tea. A small frustration after picking out your drink. Usually if it says you can redeem with pass it does work, so I hope they can fix the maybe menu error, or have an easier way to see all of the available (with pass) teas. Not only do they have a great loyalty points program for each tea shop, but they do really unique surprises if you participate. They also have some great offers/percentage off if you buy up gift card etc. front. I have been to at least 4 tea shops that I had not visited before since joining, and now I have found an amazing dessert/tea place that I likely would not have found at all, or for a long time otherwise. Also, one of my already favorite tea places is included, so now not only do I get loyalty points towards yet another free tea, but I also can use the pass there; whereas before I was buying teas with no points or etc. going towards anything. If I’m not mistaken at least 6 new tea shops have been added to the program since I signed up, and I still haven’t been to all of them. I like that it shows which tea shops you are closest to, and even has a map view. It also lets you know when the shops are open or closed. It is worth at least checking out, and if you don’t like it you can unsubscribe. Yifang are you out there!?! Let T-Pass join with you! The force would be strong! :D
