I’ve paid for one off access to a few tournaments - most recently the Olympic qualifiers. The main issue has been a consistent ‘play back error’ - mostly on live games but also on some of the replays. This requires you to close and reopen the app to resolve and in some cases restart my iPad. Really frustrating when watching live! Bit of a shame to pay and still get issues. The way it switches between landscape and portrait also not well adapted for tablet - feels like it’s defaulting to phone.

I like me the fact I can watch without having to sub to a service. However… I can’t watch on most occasions. If I click a match, I get served an ad then nothing. The game highlights don’t play. It’s frustrating to just basically see ad after ad . Think about a “max ads per 5 mins of delivered content”… though wouldn’t be an issue if the game replays worked consistently

This app could be fantastic BUT 1. It doesn’t bookmark where I left of viewing a match so I have to start at the beginning every time…. 2. When on landscape the progress bar is so close to the bottom edge of the screen that when you touch it you are thrown out of landscape view back to portrait, and straight back to the start of the whole match, including the advert 3. If I turn my phone to landscape during the adverts at the beginning of a match often the playback stops as the advert ends - and the screen goes blank 4. On the landing page for each match playback the score is shown - why would I want to know the score before I’ve started watching? Takes half the fun out of it. Would much prefer a ‘show score’ button so Users have the option of knowing the outcome before they’ve watched the actual match 5. I’ve also noticed that, when watching a match on my desktop, if I pause the playback for a while it will automatically start back up of its own accord, very annoying I really wish these problems would be sorted, as I would use the app so much more.
