I want to complain about this app because it doesn't allow people to get votes and counts them invalid, but it doesn't say why. I want this app to improve, because every time I enter it closes out of nowhere and I waste my time trying to get votes, I hope they improve that. Why do you give my votes to other boy band when I’m trying to vote for BTS? WHY? I hope you can solve this as soon as possible because I have images of the exact moment when another boy band receives my votes. Thank you….

I watched a ton of ads and still didn't get my votes. Not to mention the videos load very slow and the app is confusing for non Koreans to navigate.
