I thought this would keep me from buying a heart rate chest strap and let me use my Apple Watch as a HRM. What this does is push your heart rate to a data field on your garmin. That’s it. What it doesn’t do is let Garmin use that heart rate data to calculate other metrics. Also, it’s finicky - it would often cut out the transmission mid ride, and if you don’t have it as the “top app” it won’t broadcast at all. So all in all … I’m now shopping for a heart rate chest strap.
Paid for subscription 2x. (2 months). Got connected multiple times and accumulated almost 2 hrs. Of training. Now app won’t recognize my device or account log on. Sent email thru contact form on site with no response( 4 days). Need advice now
I downloaded the app and bought 1 month subscription to give it a good try. I read that it couldn’t run at the same time as another app. So I deleted ad downloaded on another device and it asked to pay again. So I went back to original device and it is recognizing my purchase. Either refund my 1.99 so I can purchase again, or cancel my subscription. Why does this app have to be so difficult. JQ
