Qwickly Attendance

This app works most of the time but will randomly sign you out which is extremely frustrating! It would be nice if these bugs can get fixed considering how long this issue has persisted. If there are periodic re-certifications necessary it would be helpful to know when/how often they are. I’ve been marked as absent one too many times because of this issue!

Our school uses this app for attendance with QR codes, but it's been extremely unreliable. Every time I try to log in through Blackboard, the app either logs me out immediately or crashes altogether. We're now into week 2 of this issue, and despite our IT support saying there's a ticket open, nothing has changed. It’s frustrating and affecting our ability to properly track attendance. Please address this ASAP—students and faculty are relying on this to work consistently.

Our school relies heavily on this app working properly to the point it can affect our grade. Please fix. Im not sure if they have reached out but someone needs to for something to be done. When we log in, it takes us through every step and at the last step it kicks us out of the program entirely. I cannot afford to fail classes because of this glitch. Please do something.
