I love the variety of stories available on the app and I’ve started reading several different ones, but this whole premise using coins to unlock chapters really bothers me. Sure, you can complete small tasks or come back every day to earn bonus coins, but if you are a binge reader, you will go insane with how slowly you have to read a book if you go solely based on bonus coins. If you decide to buy coins to unlock chapters, you run into the problem of paying WAY too much for a book that isn’t edited very well or sometimes, just poorly written. And you never know how much a book will end up costing you. In one book I’m reading on the app, I unlocked one chapter for 27 coins. The very next chapter was 66 coins!!! I still think the stories available are entertaining, but I wish there was a way to buy a book outright or at least know how much you’re going to spend on a book… but I guess if the app was that transparent, no one would use it. Bottom line: The app has some good stories, but be aware and proceed with caution.

I recently downloaded this book app. They have a large variety of fiction novels. From what I see so far, most books have the first couple chapters unlocked. Some have more chapters unlocked then others. You do need to use coins to unlock the rest of the chapters. You can purchase more or earn them by various ways. Such as, signing in every day (they increase), watching ads, or linking your email. The do have books in the app that are free to read. I'm still learning which ones are completely free. It's fairly easy to go to the table of contents to look up all the chapters and see which ones are locked. They also have group chats with daily redemption codes, book suggestions, favorite author, etc. The app itself is very user friendly. Easy to find new books to read and browse by various categories. I do wish it was easier to read the summery of these books before you open it up to the first chapter. I click on a book to see it for the first time and the first chapter opens up immediately. Then I try to click on the very top for the tool bar to open so I can check the chapters and summary. The tool bar doesn't always open right away. It usually takes me a couple clicks.

On google search any stories says you can read “full story to read online for free now”, but you can only read to chapter 9 before being asked to pay to open each chapter. Old bait and switch… Update: they reached out to say they have free reads and bonus coins, etc, but those are hard to get and only a few here and there. One chapter cost 72 coins to open! I would have to wait darn near 2-4 weeks to read a single chapter of the book they baited me into reading. Also, I tried to contact their customer service, and it’s the worst customer service ever. Period. There was no help other than to tell me that I needed to join their Facebook help group.. this was even more of an insult. Of course the group is monitored so nothing gets posted without them seeing it, and they won’t post anything negative. They just keep telling you the same thing as this developer responded to say. ” Hi you can get free bonus to keep read. Ads, check in, and reading challenge. We also have more daily bonus games in our social media. Enjoy.” They have all said almost exactly the same thing…. Do not get sucked into this shady app. If you have to get customers by promising one thing, but only being able to offer something else that is not as good, you’re not a good company. Beware.
