This application had a lot of problems at the beginning. Switching to this new app required about an hour of work and a call to the bank. Then it refused to accept facial recognition. Facial recognition has worked sporadically, which is very inconvenient. But today it stopped altogether. It tells me there is no connectivity. A check in my setting shows I have cellular data active for the app. Everything else works except this app. Restarting the app did not work. Going to uninstall it next. But then I will have another hour of getting it to work again, if it can connect to the network. Ok, done that. Now it says it’s unavailable due to server maintenance. That I can understand. Wish that was the first message. The headache of getting it linked to my account when they are done with the maintenance will be maddening! HML

I’ve been a member with this bank for over 4 years, but two days ago was the day my banking app decided to stop working. Im not sure why, but it won’t even open the app but i can login online
