Grundy Bank

This is app is fine for banking…but only when it works. It’s getting ridiculous the amount of times it’s down and “unable to verify” my account details to sign in. Worse, when it goes down, I can’t access my funds. My card gets rejected and I can’t use an ATM. Grundy needs to get a more reliable app server. This is going beyond ridiculous.

When I put in my information to enroll it just goes back and forth from the same two screens. You have to pull the screen down to see the error at the top. I tried 5 times and it says retry or call customer service. Just how I want to spend my Saturday morning. ( You might notice that there are 207 reviews but you can only read two. )

Grundy Bank is truly a bank that offers a lot! All with the kindness and friendliness of a small town bank. Keats there to lend a hand or answer a question. Dave and Randy in the mortgage department and their staff alway go above and beyond!
