Zango Real Estate and Property

Love the new update! This app is so simple to navigate and provides so many different options and filters which makes easy to find what you’re looking for. The “find an agent” tool saved me a lot of time and there are so many other details of this app which makes it stand out. I recommend downloading and using the Zango app! This is only platform I’ll be using for all my Property needs in future. 👍🏼

You can’t zoom in on photos easily. It just jumps around when you try to. You will put all of your filters in and the. Suddenly open a property to view and the screen goes blank, completely white and you have no choice but to exit the app and open it again and put all of your criteria in AGAIN! It doesn’t save previous search criteria when you search for a rental but does save the history of you are buying. You can only slide to view photos to about the third or fourth photo and the. It won’t slide anymore unless you open the property completely. This is certainly not a user-friendly app. Hopefully these issues can be fixed soon!

This app has poor search functionality which gives poor results, and has poor map results. If you set filters to refine results, you still get results outside those filters? If you search over a certain suburb then look at a property in that suburb, when you return to the search results you instead go back to the entire country & you have to start again? You frequently get results that show multiple listings for the same site (eg a 3 in a circle showing 3 listings on one site) but when you select the property there’s only one property? This artificially inflates the amount of Zango’s listed properties. The app needs a lot of work to bring it up to other similar apps.
