In your last update you mentioned that we can pay kurdistan region electricity bill but no such option are available inside the app

Functions are very limited on the app, I’ve recently made transactions on my debit card and they are not showing up. I cannot make any changes about my information such as mobile number, manage card PIN, and others. The app can sometimes freeze when going through the options. These slight changes can make huge improvements to card holders for an otherwise great bank.

Many issues faced with this application, there were issues with logging in, then worked fine. Then the application freezes when being logged in. Contacted the Tech support several times and didn't solve anything, their solution is delete and reinstall which didnt work as well. I would say this is the worst Bank related application I have ever seen/used.
