This is a new app, but the ongoing updates have really made it stand out. Everything I’d ever need as a travel RN is at the palm of my hands and the app really makes it easy to find the best jobs in the country super fast!

Yes this company is the most unprofessional company. There reputation for ruining a health care professional career is very true. The recruiters operate on their time , or no time . I had a contract that didn’t specify my pay but gave me a start date . The recruiter never told the company of the discrepancy with my pay and documented that I was a no show. The managers over recruiters will even defend the bad recruiter’s. So yes believe the Reddit post when they say this company will tarnish your career and have your character assonated and put on a black list . Tread water lightly and i even recommending going with another brand because my experience was horrible and yes they will bait switch the pay and then give you lower pay than what the job listing says. The leadership is poor the company is very bad morally all they care about is money from the contract. The reputation is true the law suits are their for a reason . Oh if you negotiate any fine print your recruiter may black list you an tell others don’t work with you even when you request another recruiter. The recruiter may also delegate task to other unqualified employees while they take days off or vacation. They will black list you and lie about your character and this will be documented for every hospital company . So aya is very dangerous I hope I saved some people from them I don’t recommend aya for anything

Baran Pal has been my recruiter since 2016. He always has my best interest in the forefront. Baran is a genuinely nice guy! He checks in on me during my contract to make sure all is going well. If I’ve run into a situation, Baran goes up to bat for me. I appreciate Baran Pal as my recruiter and as a friend!
