Vixer: AI Video Editor & Maker

I initially gave this app 1 star, not because of the app itself, but the fact that it seems next to impossible to cancel the free trial. The app seems great and easy to use I love that part about it. However, I can’t seem to find out how to cancel the free trial under “subscriptions” on my iPhone, I’ve even looked up online how to cancel but none of the steps mentioned are available to me. Either I’m crazy or this subscription doesn’t exist. The app said my card would be charged on Jan 5th 2026 for a full year if I didn’t cancel, but I don’t want to wait for that charge to hit because it’ll be harder to get a refund if it does. My assumption is that the subscription does exist and it’s just not showing up as usual. I’ve emailed the vendor and am waiting for a response via email or here. I’ll wait 48 hrs before reaching out to Apple. If I receive instructions on how to cancel I’ll come back here and change my rating, if not it stays…thanks for your attention to this matter. UPDATE: rating changed. Vendor did respond, and very quickly, might I add. They reached out via email to confirm the sub has been cancelled. So hopefully I don’t get charged on the 5th. If anyone does run into the same issue just click the 3 lines at the top right in the app and select “contact us and email them directly.” Thank you for being swift on the matter!❤️

I purchased a year of Vixer because I was trying to look for the perfect gift for my parents 50th anniversary. I put over 100 fotos together from the time of their birth, courtship, their marriage, the birth of my brother and myself and their travels with all our extended relatives and their great grandparents and parents, to the most recent experiences and I am so grateful for this app because it made them happier than any over the counter gift out there. This app gave me the chance to pick the time spans of each foto I got to choose my own music and it is not a short video it’s about 15 -20 minutes and can be extended if I chose to add more but for now the video I made for them is such a beautiful personal loving expression of their love and lives together, it brings tears to everyone’s eyes who knows them. I highly recommend this app. All the other ones I tried out can’t come close to the quality and array of choices that this app has to develop a short film of loving memories. I am very grateful to the developers of this app. It made me so happy that I could give my parents something so heartfelt, original and memorable that they will treasure for he rest of their lives. It’s the best out there in my opinion.

I am an upcoming artist . Single parent mother who still has hope in becoming the star the good lord wants me to be . Being said it takes alot of money for me to pay a director or a photographer to help me achieve creating me a music video to all my songs in order to put them on social media plat forms . One day after a long day of work as a substitute , early head start, kindergarten teacher. I came home and googled ways to create my own video using an app . There where many options . But i was drawn to your app and downloaded it . After playing with it and getting a bit familiar with it i was able to create a snip it of what i wanted and it brought me so much joy and hope . Now im able to create videos for myself that i can put on my social media and hopefully someone will see my talent and open doors for me to flourish in the music industry. I am truly grateful and happy you created an app that has the ability to help me achieve what i was looking for . And not to mention the price was affordable enough that it works with my budget on subscription. Thank you a trillion times more for paving a way in my journey towards my success in the music industry 🙏🏽🙇🏽‍♀️🫶🏼
