Despite the heavy rain, the delivery guy arrived right on time and even climbed up to the 3rd floor to deliver the food. The food was still hot when it arrived. Really appreciate the effort and dedication! 👏❤️
The experience with this app has been consistently poor. Tracking is inaccurate, delivery promises are misleading, and communication is almost nonexistent. Restaurants are blamed, delivery partners are unreachable, and support rarely offers real solutions. Prices keep increasing while service quality keeps dropping. Reliability is the bare minimum for a delivery app, and unfortunately this fails to meet even that standard. Very disappointing overall.
I order food very often from Crisfood it’s always late never on time I have to call and ten times when my order will be delivered. Another thing I discovered that the prices on the menu of the app is more then the real price of the restaurant, so basically they charge you more on the food also and on delivery also… almost 70 to 80 rs difference we pay this much difference on every order. This is kind of misleading to the customer. For example if my order is actual price of 160rs I have to pay almost 225rs if I order from Crisfood.
Using Crisfood, you can order food & beverages online from restaurants near & around you.
