So, I don’t have anything to complain about this app really, I love it so much! It’s so calming and simple. I have been excited to wake up each morning and scratch off my daily challenge each day, I am currently working on the challenge “positive mindset” as I currently just went through a lot of body shaming and self love issues that I’m trying to recover from! If you read this before you get this app, I highly recommend it for you friend! It keeps you organized, and eventually you will become the healthiest, happiest, version of yourself you will could possibly want to be! :).
This app is awesome. I really enjoy doing the challenges that the app provides. I’m currently doing self-care (day 13) and kindness (day 7) challenges. The daily challenges are like little implements for starting new things. One of the challenges for today it was write a nice and positive review for your favorite app; here I am (: The reminders for the challenge that you do aren’t the same, nor do they make you feel like another have-to-do’s/ chore. Instead, they’re motivating and positive. The one I received today was “don’t be afraid to start over and try again. (: “ I am grateful to come across this app. The creators make a great impact on those who use this app and I’m grateful to be one of those people.
So, this game has really changed my life. But not as big of an impact, anyways I wanna tell you guys how you could improve and make this game way more better! These might be a little stupid but it would and can make a change, so I suggest you make different things you can do every day, you might not understand what I’m saying. So I, going to explain, you see I’m not talking about every day. I’m talking about when the “21 days” is over, it should have more things to do other than.. just 21! It might sound strange since the game IS CALLED “21 days” but they should put more “challenges” right as the 21 days is over but you might ask (quot unquot) “isn’t 21 days enough?” For some people (like me) no.. we don’t have enough mental energy to get better in JUST 21 days.. it might take months.. HECK maybe even years!!! But that’s not what I’m saying, it should at least have “3 stages” the 1st 21 days is going to be easy to accomplish the 2nd is supposed to be a little more pushing, and the 3rd and final I the hardest and the BEST one, my suggestion, also you should fix the profile, it should have way more options to make the game more interesting, this sound stupid but it really helps! Anyways thank you so much for this FANTASTIC and loving game also last and final thing: make the daily reminders more deep, just a “your worth it” or “don’t give up” gives a big impact, but some people like me who have more deeper depression don’t feel it. Thank you for reading this I appreciate it so much thank you for this really awesome game once again I love this so much it has helped me for so long❤️🍀
