Very helpful. I have all my cases there from prior and current jobs.

The app doesn’t work on the phone and despite 4 emails to the support email no response. Save your time and money

I subscribed to this app and after logging 12 cases the app stopped showing me my cases on the phone. I could only see them on the website. I also no longer could log new cases. I tried to find a customer service number but I could find no way to contact them. I tried to cancel my membership on the website and I only got an error message that said “something went wrong”. Left with an app that does not work and no way to cancel I had to put a block on the monthly fee through my credit card. Not worth it.
