Dear Developers I am giving a 3* for the Virgin TV plus app. The app is very similar to Bell Fibe app except for one major difference and that is recording capabilities. This fonction in today’s modern world is a must. This allow the viewer to have his programming recorded and be reviewed at a more suitable time. You add this and you’ll get a 5* as it enhance the customer experience by a lot. Is this something in your plans? I know that Virgin Canada was purchased by Bell Canada. Thus Virgin should be able to add recording capabilities with little to no extra cost. I left Bell due to their hideous customer service and overall monopolistic and arrogant attitude don’t let me leave Virgin TV due to an obsolete app technology. Thank you

The Apple TV app is the least reliable. Picture gets blurry like it’s buffering. Sometimes, it stops and just shows the loading bar and nothing happens. While this happens, the app on my ipad, iphone or CCWGTV works fine. I need to restart the Apple tv a couple times a week. Wifi speed is good on test.
