The app never works for me!
Anytime I try to open the app to order, it says it cannot be opened at this time and gives the option to reload the app or close. I want to order from here so bad again, I was an almost everyday curbside customer but I don’t like ordering inside so I just haven’t been back in months. I’ve updated my phone, deleted and redownloaded the app, still no luck. 😞

Kind of confusing
I enjoy the basic concept of the app, but that makes it a little hard to navigate. Where do I find my gift card balance? Why can’t I send a message through the app, where do I add my gift card to my account? It shouldn’t this difficult to find things on the app.

Best coffee shop ever!
I may or may not have a slight obsession with Eli’s! Great food, terrific coffee, and super friendly baristas. This app is a perfect addition to the coffee shop and makes it so easy to track your rewards, your gift cards, the flavor of the day and more!
